First of all I finally have pictures of my Culti Vision A, when I figure out how to post I will post, if you would like some sooner I will email them to you. This tractor has a loader ( Tiny you wanted pics ! ). It also has a unique Fence post hole digger on the back. But Heres the question. She is still not running right. It idles very nice, and when it runs right (which only happens for a few seconds) she starts this "popping" sound which I have posted about before. The carb was cleaned, the points cleaned, wires and plugs are new and timing is fine ( i believe). This is a mag tractor. It seems that this popping sound happens when the motor goes under any load. When the engine misses, the air intake goes from having suction to pressure ( I can feel it when I put my hand over the intake). I pulled the plugs today, the first and last cylinder plugs looked good, brown and dry. The middle two however (especially cylinder 3) were black and kinda wet. It would make sense these are the clyinders that are acting up. The valves are (and always were) free. I was wondering if perhaps the intake valves were rusted and not sealing. This would account for pressure in the air intake take. What do you guys think ? I've ran it for about 30 min total since getting it running, it doesn't appear to be getting any better. The tractor ran fine when it went away, in fact it ran great (10 years ago) Thanks again, and if you would like pic just let me know. I'm going to try and figure out how to make a web page for you other guys. Brian.
