I`m looking for the correct air pressure values for my I-H 140, front 6.00x16 rear 12.4/11-24. The rear tires are loaded. Nothing in my manual gives any info. Set fronts at 26 psi, that has the outside edge of the tire just in contact with the concrete shop floor. Thanks in advance you all have been a big help. Al

I used to change and repair tractor tires years ago as a sideline and extra income and a good average air pressure was around 18 psi for most of them with fluid. Hope the tire is not 100% full as they need a little air space for cushion. 30 psi or so was a good average front tire pressure. The large tractors with the 18.4 and 20.8 by 38's we always aired up to 25 psi, any less pressure and they would spin the tire on the rims, ripping out the valve stems, especially if they were used for plowing and ran no duals. Had this happen to our 1256 pulling 6-16's.
