Need help with live pto on a super mta

I was runinng a brush cutter and turned to sharp and put the pto shaft in a bind it made no noise but the pto stoped turning i took out the whole pto and looked for a brocken shaft did not see one checked the pto clutches out they were not to metal but one showed some good wear so i replaced
just one.
put it all back when i ingage the pto it turns slow and i can stop it with my hand we checked it befor we put any oil back in just in case i have to take it back out. only ran for a minute or less

did you get your PTO bands tightened up again after you rebuilt it? I assume it is the type with the reactor bands like on the 300/350/400/450 series?

you might want to check your pressure plate splines and the ipto drive gear.

You may want to check the seasonal disconnect under the belly of the tractor. They have been known to break before. Look for a plate that has a lever with 2 bolt holes in it. Take that plate off and have a look up in there.
