My A limps and leaks

Been trying to understand why my Farmall A has a drip on the left rear axle.

When I park it, there is a nice puddle of it dripping onto the rim.

So I used gasket maker squeeze tube to put the cap onto the rear axle and tighten it. And it stopped the leak for awhile until I drove it the next time.

And today I was driving it in 4th gear zipping along to the house down the road and I noticed the the A seems to have a consistent limp or up and down motion on the left rear axle. At higher speed it is more apparent than low speed.

I don't think there is a flat spot on the new rear tire or new rear rim (both are new and identical).

So I'm a wondering if I have bent rear left axle? Or, what inside would cause it to have a up and down motion as I drive it?

I can't describe it well enough but I don't know what to do about it. Can you help me?

better check to see if the beads on the new tires are seated correct and filled out even to the rims

Check and make sure all of your wheels and weights are on tight. With all of that new tire and wheel work, one might just be loose.
