Does the 300 utility have a 2 stage clutch? (live power)

Sorry I don't have a whole lot of information about this tractor. The owner can't tell me about the clutch, he says he 'thinks' it has power steering, and that the torque is out of it.
He has fast hitch with 3 point conversion that goes with it. It runs, but not good.

Thanks for any replys. Is it worth $1000?

The 300 Utility did not have a two stage clutch. It was available with either a transmission driven pto.(not live) or with an independent driven pto. This had a clutch pack located in the pto housing and would operate any time the engine was running. A seperate lever on the right side engaged or disengaged the PTO shaft.

I believe the 300U was offered with 3 PTO options, no PTO, live PTO and independent PTO. I've never seen one with live PTO, though. The IPTO can be identified by a lever on the right side of the seat that is pretty much horizontal with a pushbutton on the end of it. I would think that tractor would probably be worth $1000 easily in most parts of the country, especially if the power steering is in reasonably good shape.
