I have an IH Cub Lo-Boy 185 SN 2000199u041492x that was wired up 12v POSITIVE ground when I bought it. It ran fine, but now I need to buy a battery. Is this tractor spposed to be wired up Positive ground? All the manuals say 12v Negative ground. Anyone know anything about this? HELP!!

The Lo-Boy that you have was sold to the state of NC in the early 70's. NC required at that time that all road equipment be wired positive ground. This doesn't hurt a thing. Run it like it is and forget about repolarizing the generator and all that crap.
