Having the generator on my 41 A rebuilt. The man says there is supposed to be a cutout switch in the circuit and no regulator. How is it supposed to be, and where is the cutout switch located?

Thanks much for the diagram...I think he thought the cutout was a regulator. I'll find out today.

Bjorn,
The cutout is mounted ontop of the generator. As
far as the wiring I dont have my service manual
handy but Bob M should be able to help with the wiring.
