What would be a good price for a rough non-running M? Thanks

Out here in the San Joaquin valley of central California (a large agricultural region), non-running but complete M's are $200 or less depending on the tires. M's do not have the same value as the smaller tractors. As one post suggested, they can be worth scrap value ($15 to 25 per ton or $30 to 50 without tires).

PS I have 4 M's along with my working tractors.

Have fun and good luck.

Some years back I bought a Farmall h parts tractor
that had a stuck engine junk tires, but complete.
I paid $100.00. If tires had of been good I would
have give maybe $200.00, but not over that for the
shape it was in.

I agree with Gig John that tires are a big issue. One that is running and driveable would be in the $500 and up range. One that is not running would be in the $700 and down range depending on tire condition, completeness, and how much it would take to get it running. Note that the low end of the down range would be its scrap metal or salvage value. I am also from the Kansas area.

Not over $300 unless the tires are excelent. If they don't hold air, not even $300. HERE IN EASTERN KANSAS.

Depends what end your on. I think 100.00 would cause me to buy it.
