Hey THANKS a million to you guys!!! I took your advise and was able to get it started. By the wat it is a 1950. Sorry I didn't thank you sooner. I had alot of hay to get in before the weather. My husband came home last night. Will be a few weeks 'till he is back on the tractor. I did tell him about the problem. He got a big kick out of the whole thing. He does know about it. Said he was planning on fixing it. He also told me if I would have asked our 6 year old. He knows about it and also knows to shut gas off and let it set then start it. Turns out that my husband has been turning gas off when he is done with it. I was the last to drive it and didn't do that. My husband had the neighbor take the carb off and is fiddling with it today. Said he better get fixed if I going to be useing it. I think he just needs something to do. I just wnated to let you guys know that I am really thankful for all the help. You guys are great!!! Take care and thanks again Becky

I'm certainly glad to hear that your wifes gas problem is on the mend. I have a partner at work who as quite a gas problem of his own. Unfortuneatly he sees it as quite humorous, instead of a problem to be solved. I thought I had it bad. I can only imagine the embarrassment and inconvenience of having a wife with the same problem.

Becky, These fellas are great help aren't they? There's nothin' worse than a "wife with a gas problem" so I imagine that they were all too willing to help out any way they could.
