Anyone know how the switch should be wired on the 4 way BDHL backside? Theres 2 long terminals and 3 short ones. I think the 2long ones are some kind of dimmer???

Brad you might have to clean up the backside of that switch. There are 3 stamped numbers in that plastic. The bolt just right of and below the #1 is the input for the lights from the negative post of the ammeter. The bolt just left of #2 runs the rear light in bright mode whether the switch is in dim or bright. Some folks simply hook all their lights there. The bolt left of and slightly below #3 powers the headlights if you want both dim and bright settings. The resistor should be hooked at that bolt and hooks to the bolt just below and left of the #3 bolt. If you don't have the resistor, you will get only bright lights in the bright mode along with the rear light.

I usually take that resistor off because I like to have only the rear light on in the dim mode to light up the field augur without having to have the headlights on.
