Can anyone tell me where I can get mail-order catalogs for a Farmall M tractor. I am looking for performance parts like pistons, carbs,wheels,and frontends and so on. any help would be greatful.

You can buy one cheaper than you can build one... sometimes. To me, most of the fun is in doing my own work.

If you are pulling stock class, just do the improvements yourself. You needn't change the carb - a new one will add little or nothing. Wheels.. go for those that take the weight off, as needed.

Balancing an M for weight does far more to make you competitive than all the extra horsepower.

check want ads there is one 68hp puller with stuff for 1850 cant beat that no way can you build one for that
