To update a post earlier today "Super C won't crank" i have no fire at the plugs!! Installed condensor and points still no fire at plugs. How about the coil? Thanx Boochie

You have no fire at any plugs? not likley all four plugs went south but possible. First test for voltage at coil + side. Pull cap and check for grounded wire etc as mentioned. If you have ohm meter..... ..check ignition wires. Pull coil wire from dist and lay along metal and crank motor....any spark? if no you may have bad wire,rotor or cracked cap.If you have spark there then i would check for spark at each wire to plugs.keep us updated.....

the push pull ignition switch went bad on mine and caused the same problem you have,,check that,,Jim

Could be the coil. But first check very carefully that the circuit isn't grounded somewhere. Look where the condensor is connected or for worn wires. A voltmeter helps a lot.
