I have a 8060 bare casting I'd sell for $100. The 8060 was the highest compression M-SM head. The 400-450 gas was better, and the 450LP is the king of the hill (and over priced too, in my opinion). P.S. The guy that offered the 450LP for $1000 is offering you a reasonable deal, that is the average going price. If your interested in the 8060 call me at 618-732-8296.

No cracks that I know of. The local machine shop cleaned it up a little and magnafluxed it. I was going to use this head on a SM puller, then a good deal on a complete 400 engine came along. Give me a call if your interested.
