24.45 hp on the pto, that should be plenty to run your belly mower... I'm in the northwest, I have one I'd sell... if you are close and interested, email me..

Drawbar..... .... 21 hp Belt Pulley..... . 24 hp Maximum Pull. N/A Bore & Stroke. 3 1/8 x 4 Rated RPM..... 1650 Gears..... ..... .. 4 forward 1 reverse Basic Weight... 3209 lbs. Test Weight..... 4125 lbs. Front Tires..... . 5.00 x 15 Rear Tires..... .. 10 x 36

Good Luck on putting a belly mower on one of these - You might want to post a message to see if anyone has done this. Looks like a nightmare to me since there is no forward PTO.
Good Luck!!

Belly mowers are common on these tractors, I think IH made one and Woods still does. Drive belt is sort of complicated, you remove belt pulley, and install a v-belt, run it through idler pulleys to the 3 pulleys on the mower (Woods). Belt has to be kept very tight. I have one on a Super A.
