I'm looking for a tractor salvage yard around Richmond, Indiana that might have a complete seat assembly for my '45 Farmall H. The only one that I know of around here doesn't have one. Do any of you guys that live around east central Indiana know of any junkyards where I might be able to pick one up for a reasonable price? I appreciate your help, and keep up the good work on your excellent website.

Try Nick Dengler's near Middletown,OH.I got a few AC parts from him a few years ago and was happy with them. He's nearer to Jacksonburg than to Middletucky,on 503-if memory serves.Take 35 to Eaton,OH,then take 122 to middletown until it crosses 503,Or go see Junior Roberts in Morning Sun Near Oxford,OH.,on 732.These spots are 30-45 minutes from Richmond,or at least they were when I drove my "parts hauler"(Z-28)!lol Hope this helps!!

Adam,

There is guy near New Paris that specializes in farmall parts. I don't know his name, but I saw him at the Dennis Polk auction two years ago.

Adam- I suppose you tried Roberts at MorningSun
(southeast of Richmond) and then there's Hofacker
(between Richmond and Lewisburg, Ohio on US 40).
I shop at both, but only buy at one of them. I think there may be one at New Madison, too.
(south on SR 121-can't remember exactly)
Maybe this will help. pb

The one at New Madison that you are talking about is about a mile and one half south of Palestine Ohio, Hill-T Farm Sales and Service 937-548-0718 Mervin, the owner will treat you good.
