I am looking for information on the availability of a gas cap with a fuel gauge for a Farmall H. The part number is 365498R91. Was this an option for the letter series Farmall tractors?

Not at the time of production- the cap guages weren't made until about 1956, and probably shouldn't be used anymore due to fuel formulation changes. Use the safety caps.

Thanks for the information. Do you know where I can find information regarding tools that were made specifically for the letter series tractors. I am most interested in the H. Thanks.

The tools that came with H may be just as much of a safety hazzard as the fuel cap, by todays standards. That is unless your knuckles are a lot tougher than mine.

I really never found much use for tools that came with any tractor all the way from Farmall H to 1066, throw in some NH, JD, Case and MF. Wheel wrenches that came with 06 and 56 series Farmalls made good drawbar pins for Super A. The rest all got put in the scrap metal pile of my grandfathers blacksmith shop. Dealer, (not company) once gave me a good set of 3/4 drive sockets when I bought a new combine and IH dealer gave me a new lawnmower in 1975 when I bought new 1066. I still have and use both those items. The 3/4 drive sockets are not a lot of use on lawnmower.
