Found this item on Ebay #3105575505. Where does it fit on the M? What does it require to work? Hoses, Cylinders? will it work a implement off the LiftAll resivuor? Thanks for your knowledge.

First off, being it was bought at a farm auction and they don't know if it works, assume that it doesn't work.

It fits between the distributor and the timing cover and is driven from the timing gears. You will need to modify the belly pump reservoir to make it work with this pump or add another reservoir. Also you will need a 2-way valve and hoses. Expect to have over $200 in the hoses, valve, and reservoir by the time your done.

Also,
unless your M is after serial number 282xxx (don't remember full number) then you will have to replace the front timing cover with one from a SuperM/400/450 as the bolts will not line up.

Check archives, I believe the distributer drive gears need to be replaced when adding a live hydraulic pump?
