Sounds like you have a problem with the valve body. Take pressure readings at the fittings provided. Do you have any external leaks?

Pull the unit off the tractor, pull the head.Inside are two valves on each side of center, one set for front, the otherfor rear. Replace the plastic parts of these valves. The control levers have probably been out of adj, making the valves jump. The big valve in the center is the pressure control valve. Pull it out by thetit in the center and check the plastic in the back.It should NOT have an indentation or hole in the center. While you're in there, change the "O" rings on the control rods. They slip right out once you disconnect them.
