What is the differance between 39' and 42' farmall "H" radiators? Preasureized and unpreasurized. Can I put a 39' radiator on a 42'?

Don't quote me, but I think the only difference between the early models, and later were the use of dzues for fasteners, and I'm not sure when they stopped using dzus.. I have on off a '44 that is in good shape.

I think you are right. My parts book only lists one radiator. IH changed to a pressure cap at 115030, and changed the grille at 49750. Perhaps your 44 has a different grille, as the change in the grille consisted of the change from the dzus to screws at 49750 -- at least that's what my book says. I have a 41 H with the screws
