Could someone tell me how much my 1942 Farmall H weighs? It has cut off steel wheels with rims welded on and loaded tires. Does NOT have a electric start, PTO or a belly pump. Any idea how much it weighs? Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks Bob

Thanks for info! My tractor does not have any weights but has both rear tires loaded. Any idea how much extra weight the loaded tires add? Thanks Bob

Our club here in Phoenix just completed antique tractor pulls this past weekend and the H's were in the 4200# to 4400# range. Also in the same range were the 1947-1952 John deere "B"s.

3725, with the wheels for rubber tires. Your wheels are probably lighter, unless someone found a way to add weights to them. Add the weight for the calcium chloride. Starter and pto don't weigh much, however belly pump is heavy. Someone else will have to give you an estimate on the gallons in each tire. You are probably going to be about 4000 lbs with the weighted tires.

5550 is way high. scaled my H last summer. Regular rear wheels with 1 wieght each. No belly pump and me (180lbs) on it and it was 4200 lbs.

Yup, take Guy Fay's 3725, two 140 lb weights plus your 180 and you get 4185 lbs -- pretty close.
