No Bill, its time to take your licks down there. Its been clear and sunny in southern Ontario the last three days but so cold -23C last night..that's enough to freeze the brass...ah.things off a statue of a somekind of primate. I'm going to tend the cattle early today so I can snuggle up on the couch and watch the Nasty cars go boogity boogity..that's a goood sign that spring is coming

Seventeen deer in our back lot last night and eating everthing in site! I hate to think what my young trees look like --oh well, everthing and everyone gotta eat.

Bill sorry to say, BUT it is not supposed to stop till Monday evening around 6pm, so the Weather Channel is saying.

Will have a lot more than 2 foot on the ground out of this storm if it keeps up at the current rate. We got about 5" as of now, and it started around 3am this morning.

Just be careful if you need to travel anywhere.

I'll trade my upstate NY winter for yours any day. You'll have to go off your rocker first though, because only a nut lives in the North East! That should tell you something about me, I've been here all my life! G

I know what your New York winters are like, they are worse than ours here in eastern Ontario, I spent 13 Hrs. in a service station in Parish NY returning from Florida one March a few years ago, interstate 81 was closed & US 11 was a mess. It is clear and suuny here this morning but the temp was -26C at 6.30 this morning.

Where in NY are you, I'm in Lowville? I think we may take a snowmobile ride up on the tug hill today to find a gathering place to watch the race. I don't get FOX network its too bad they took the great american race away from from us folks that don't have cable.

Now you've got me curious where YOU are! I'm in New Bremen. Was out and about on the Hill a couple of times earlier this month, but it seems like traffic is way down this year. That's not a bad thing for the riders, but sure stinks for the owners of places that rely on sledders for winter income.

Tim I'm over by the Ridge View motel. You may have seen my wide front F12 in the yard last summer or down at the fair grounds.

Haven't been to the fair in quite a few years--I've got a Cub that's restored and an A that I'm working on. I don't believe I've seen your F12, but now I'll start looking!

Yup, you're in the boonies alright! I'm just outside of East Worcester, NY. We are about 45 miles west-southwest of Albany. I'm lucky enough to have cable for both my TV, (which I seldom watch) and my computer. It used to take me about 1 1/2 minutes to download the NY Times, now it takes about 3 seconds. What a welcomed change that is. Good luck watching JR win the big one this afternoon. Remember, no matter how bad the weather is, we're one day closer to SPRING.
