Bill,

I have the same complaint and I'm above the MD line about 60 miles, why can't you guys just keep the fun to yourselves. You know there are things other than plowin' snow I'd like to do :o)

James, Sorry to hear about the snow! We're kinda used to it here but you folk's aren't supposed to get that much in your neck of the wood's.We've been below 0 for most of the winter and we have deep, deep snow.I myself am gettin kind of fed up with it.Could'nt get the 300 started today so had to drag log's to the house with my Ranger pickup. We drag the wood close and cut and split it by the back door so we don't have to go far to get it.Keep smilin', Brian S.

Thanks for writing back. My H has 2 wires going to the alt. One to the L terminal, and the other to the BAT. termanial on the regulator, on the other end at the light switch there is 2 terminals one has what looks like a resistor wire and the other is just a plan end, however looks like both terminals are connected to each other.PS I live in town on a 1/8 ac lot and own 6 tractors,I DONT UNDERSTANDED TO 30 fergusion,Farmall 200, 2-Hs farmall 340, F12

Depends how old your H is, the older ones had a gen with a cut out and later ones had a regulator.
If your switch has four postions, Low charge, high
charge, dim lights and bright lights along with a working rear light. The two wires, one went to the cut out and one to the F terminal on the gen. On switch end wire from cut out went to the ampmeter & other from F terminal went to the resistor. Giving you H/L charging. Working on a H last week with same system.
