I have recently went through the ignition system, dist cap, rotor, wires, coil, and plugs.
Since going to a hotter plug it really starts great, runs smooth. Changed from D15Y plugs to D21 plugs after reading of the suggestion on the board here, it really makes it hum.

Was wanting to set the timing, it is currently at 22 degrees advance, though it is running excellent, this seems way too advance. Does any know the proper timing degree?

Thanks

Looked in my book today and it says 29-31 BTDC at high idle, no load. Point gap is .019-.023.
