I have a 560 I bought a couple of years ago. The guy only used it on a loader, so the rear hydraulic couplings were kind of rusted shut. I used it to move my harrow, and now they leak where the balls in side of them should seal them up when nothing is hooked on to them. The front couplings do the same thing. This isn't a big problem, but it would be nice to keep all that oil from dripping down the tractor. Are there any o-rings that I can replace to fix this, or is this something I just chalk up to the engineering of the old tractors.

They don't have to be old and rusty to leak. I bought a 560 new, had it for 17 years and changed the quick couplers more than once. Not much you can do with them if leaking uncoupled. Like Ferd says, keep for spares. If leaking when coupled the o ring inside the female end can be changed, and that will not always work, if couplers are worn.

Had that problem once. Bought new male hose ends and pipe plug. Also a good way to keep spare ends around.
