Whats a 3 fin manifold?Guy told me he had one and made like it was a big deal.Wanted 125 for it used,but has regular manifolds for 75.

First, the 3-rib manifold will be colder than a regular manifold and make more power - but will also use more fuel. $125 is a decent deal for one, just sold one on eBay a little while back for $150.

Second, the 3-ribs can be cut/ground off and you will have almost the same manifold as LP, even colder air and more power - again, more fuel. Pullers love the 3-rib manifold.

thats the style the ih used on 450 gas tractors. it's a colder manifold than the ones used on m's.
