After working with the tractor for approximately 30 minutes, it will seem to miss or stall and then die. It will usually start up, but then die again. Any ideas of where I should start investigating? There doesn't seem to be a problem with the fuel. Thanks

There's another thing to consider with the utilities, the gas tank is deep but small. All the dirt gets down in the bottom and clogs the line. A few minutes of sitting and they run again and then stall again. If the electrical system checks out you may want to clean and seal the tank

Hello Brad, --- 28 / March / 2003 ---

I had that problem with a "F-450" tractor some time back, and took to our tractor repair man . He work on it and said 'he could not find anything wrong with it'. I brought it (about 20 mintines later)home and it died. I played with some of the wires and found 1 post with 3 or 4 wires attached that was louse, I tighten up the nut and that ended the troubles. It ran great after that. One nut that is louise / the motor may start and run until everything warms up and the wires becomes poor connection.

Regards, Milton
