Steven or anyone that might can help. When a picture is posted by someone else with a red X in a square how can I view it. I click on the X and can't get the picture. Am I doing something wrong or do I have to do something to my computer. Thanks for any help. Bill

You can right click on the red X and choose "properties" - there will be an>Link

Usually it's either a mistake in the address or someone trying to link to a site that doesn't allow remote linking.

Steven - May also be a browser compatibility issue. My PC at work displays the box with the red X when running Netscape Communicator, but the images display normally when viewed from MS Internet Explorer.

However at home images display OK on both Netscape and IE. Presume I'm running a more recent version of Netscape at home....

When running Netscape at work I can however view the images like this: Right click in the box, then select "view image". The photo will be displayed.
