Will the cultivators from a regular 140 or farmall A fit on a Hi-crop model? Is there any difference in the length of any arms?

The cultivator mounting frames are different between the standard and high clear tractors.
I think the parallel arms are longer on the high clear to give more travel and the square shafts that go into the mounting hole on the tractor are offset down to help make up the height difference. They were called an A144 cult and later just a 144.

Bryan: I know I could set my regular 140 on 8" blocks and I could adjust my cultivators to go 3" below ground level. I am not sure how well they would work. The Hi-crop is no longer in wheelbase and with larger wheels you actually have less area between front and rear wheels. I am not sure that the cultivators are the same however. The other item one must consider is some ground working tools may be different. The only model number I have ever seen on these cultivators is C-133
