i have beenbusy restoring a international harvest cub an i am just about dont w/ completion when i got it running and i notice the hydrolics were frozen tight. the block of it wasnt cracked or anythingan nothingleaks out but it just wont work. i was wondering if anyone was able to help me work woith this to get it free.

I don't have a Cub, but I do have a Super A and a C. First be sure the rockshaft is not rusted tight. If not, the best thing to do is to remove the unit from the tractor, and put a kit in it from Case/IH. If the piston is indeed frozen, you probably need to do more than just unstick it.

The hydraulic ram which is the key component of the system might be frozen. You can either a)loosen it up with some diesel fuel on the seal or b) purchase a new ram. I'm sure that a salvage yard or tractor company might make a similar one. good luck.
