I was woundering what a 1946 Farmall B is worth that is all restored.

If you are wanting to sell it, it is worth whatever you can get, depending on how bad you need/want to sell, if you are wanting to buy, it is worth whatever you can afford.
Check the classifieds, see what others are asking, also there are some auction websites which post results, check those out also.
I don't mean to sound sarcastic here, just, it is a very difficult question to answer.

The 64dollar question is you say restored. So who says it is correct what size tires do the serial nos under the seat and the block match there are a whole bunch of stuff that needs to be correct if it is "restored"

I believe what Gene is trying to say nicely is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I have two of these tractors. Neither is "restored" yet they both run and are as original as you can get-all the numbers match, etc. I paid $500 for one of them and $75 for the other (believe that? it's true. It wouldn't start-ha!) I've also seen them go for a pretty penny-$1500-$3,000- if they are parade material.
