My progress to date. I have a few odds and ends to paint and install, such as the hand crank, headlights and rear light, and wide belt pulley. Now if it would just quit raining, I could use if for something.

Curious if you care to say, Did you replace grill and engine hood? Or was it in good enough shape to be fixed..... I have an old C and need to figure what route to go....thanx

I was lucky, my Granddad and Dad both kept this tractor in the barn since '47. All of the sheet metal except the seat is original. Rear tires, too. There was enough oil from leaking seals on a lot of it to keep it well preserved.

I intend to use it as much as I can. We have a sickle bar mower for it that will be the next clean and paint project. Plus, I hope to make it to a couple of tractor pulls in Rural Retreat, VA with it.
Thanks, Bill

My brother ran my C under a mulberry tree not to long after I got it painted. I waited about a year and then took some rubbing compound to it. That and a little wax made it look as good as new.
