Where can I find the screen that goes on the inside of the nose pieces and how much should I expect to pay. Thanks, Adam

Adam, The old name for this material was "Hail Screen". Today it is called "Hardware Cloth". This material is made in various sizes. The correct size used from the factory was 3/16", this is vary hard to find in Hardware Stores but they all usually have 1/4".

Cost is usually around .85 cents per square foot for the 1/4" and sold in 3' foot widths, cut to your length. I have never had anyone notice the difference on my tractors.

I'm pretty sure I got mine from OEM Tractor Parts. Do a search for their web site & give them a call.

Why my simple friend; I believe the part you are looking for is called a dust mask and individually is available for around a dollar--less if you buy in quantity.

I noticed a few days ago that somebody had some for sale in the classified or photo ads. Advertised to be the correct 5 squares per inch, if I remember right. $20 for a yard? I think.

i bought 1/4" hardware cloth. $2.29 per linear foot, 3' wide. i cut out the piece i needed and had some left over. i think the original screen may have been 3/16", so if you are going for authentic, hardware cloth might not suit. but the price was right.
