I have been rebuilding a super c for about a year piece by piece. Going back together have question on ignition timing. After getting all timing marks lined up and installing the front cover the governer gear sliped forward enough to slip out of the cam gear, and crank was rotated.I can rotate the cam back around to match up marks but not sure about the alignment of the crank to cam. Noticed the crank pulley has a raised portion on its collar is this the #one cylinder TDC? If so at what clock position is TDC? old manual picture not clear an help would be very appreciated thank you.

T he cam has not moved from the crank so turn engine over and get the two dots up for the gov to match and you are good to go.
