I would appreciate some help. A friend of mine recently purchased an O-4 that has been sitting in a barn for some time. Most of the orchard sheet metal is missing. From looking at pictures it almost seems as if the fenders, side curtains and steering wheel deflector are one large piece. Can someone tell me how these pieces are formed and how they attach to the tractor. Also if anyone knows where we can locate these items. Thank you in advance for any help you can give!

Al. I have an 04. Several months ago I had the side shields & fenders off, and took pictures and measurements, etc. Sent some to other 04 owners which have the same problem. My tractor & all the pictures are in Arizona, and I am in California right now. I will be going out there some time during the last week of January. If you want to, send me your email address, I can send you (Or any Other readers) this information. I dont know if will help, but at least you get to see what these things look like.

I have an O-4 that is complete. The side curtains and the duck shield are being reproduced. To the best of my knowledge, no one is reproducing the fenders. A pair of fenders sold at auction about a year ago for over $2000.

Today I got out my parts book to look up what you ask. I stoped counting the number of parts for the sheet metal on an O4 when I passed 30. Hope that you don't need to many of them. Finding these parts will really be hard and expensive if you do find them.

GOOD LUCK

Al, The O4 side curtans are attached to the hood with a long rod. The optional screen that protects the operator bolts to the inside of the fenders.
