I have a 1950 International Harvester yellow cub that I am trying to restore. The previous owner took the Touch Control assembly apart and there are several parts missing. he also broke two bolts off in the casting Are there still assemblys available? The no on the side of the case are 11-30-M and 360719-R1.I have the shop manual but the part breakdown and locations of the small parts is not very good. any help would be welcome. Thanks in advance!

Bob: I am more familiar with SA, 130, etc., however I think you will find those units quite common around scrap yards. You might even run across a guy rebuilding those that will trade with you. I know CaseIH still have a rebuild kit for the SA and I expect the Cub also, however that will not replace missing parts, or very unlikely it will.

My LIMITED experience with the cub lift is that it works the same as the touch control on the Super A., etc, except that on the cub there is only one piston and one set of valves. The only thing you can get in backwards are the check valves. All of the valves in it are metal rather than the plastic that gave trouble on thelatermodels.
