Is this a hydro or geared one? We ran a gas hydro for a few years and it was a great tractor. They are terrible starting in the winter. Once they get warmed up, they are fine, but keeping them running long enough is a bit tricky. After that, we didn't really have any problems with ours. It needed and overhaul when we bought it, and after that, it didn't burn any oil and ran fine. The gases do take a lot of gas to keep going, and if you are riding the seat a lot in the summer, take an asprin, cause a headache is a given. Due to IH's engineering genius, the gas tank sits on top of the head and half the tank will boil away. Not much worse than a gas headache. Value, who knows. Depends on locations, hours, tires, all that fun stuff. We sold our gas, hydro, narrow front 3 pt one with near new rears and a set of front weights to my uncle for $5500. It was in very good shape, no rust, great tin (till I let a wagon get away from me), about as good as one gets. Aaron
