What would it require to do this and what items would I need to purcahse to make it look like it came from the factory without a cab. Thanks

What does it have on it? Factory cab or aftermarkret? Really dosen't take much if it is an aftermarket like a Hiniker, just lift off the cab itself and go. If it's a factory cab, you'll need a set of fenders, the left step and grab-handle at least, the right step and grab handle if you want, you'll need a pair of battery trays and covers, and I belive there were plastic trim panels on each side that ran above and to the rear of the batteries, those might be different.

If it is a factory cab you will also have to find the correct platform as the cab tractor's used a different one than the open station tractors.
