Thanks to all. Not sure if I am posting replies correctly, not too good on this computer yet. In reply to my previous email...Yes, I made sure I did the "righty-tighty" ,"lefty-loosey" thing. I have the original owners manual and read where if I turned it all the way open it should prevent leaks as well, and you know what? I did, and it has. So maybe I didn't need a new gasket anyway. Pays to read the manual (first that is). To answer Hugh: The gas that WAS pouring out, was when I was trying to pry out the flat rubber gasket. A prevouis writer stated that maybe only a few spoonfuls would come out, but I didn't want to take that chance. Anyway, I'll keep an eye on it. As far as the brush hog goes, I have heard so many different views, the Woods mower seems to be the favorite, but they must be like gold cause there's none around. As long as I can have a little offset from the PTO without hurting anything (including me), would like to put a 5ft on there. Thanks again, I learn a lot on the forum.
