300 Utility Power Steering Problem

I have recently replaced all seals and O rings in a 300 Utility power steering gear box. I tried to be very carefull to time all gears back into the same meshes as they were previously. Before I started the tractor for the first time, I made sure the wheels travel their full path to the left and to the right. When I start the tractor, the wheels will turn to the right, but not to the left. What's wrong? I made sure the spool valve was installed properly with the groove towards the side of the valve body marked "RT" and "PR". I feel that this is a hydraulic problem, not a mechanical problem due to previous describe symtoms. My thoughts are is the spool valve not traveling properly? Do I maybe have something out of adjustment? Any help is greatly appreciated on this matter!
