can anyone tell me best way to get a push rod or do i have to really change all of them? call dealer and was told 60.00 each !!! help I have one bent. engin is rebuilt as well as head. thanks

I straightened 1 of mine gentle and used a piece of 3\8 pipe to place it in to check for true it would hit in the bend repeded this till it was true been 3 years now

How bad is it bent? If it is just slightly out of true it can be straightned. You need a good flat surface, such as the top of you tool box, or a good, clean steel work bench, to roll the push rod across to check for straightness. Tap the push rod gently with a hammer unti it rolls evenly across the flat surface. The H will not care if it is perfect.

Many suppliers have used ones. You only need to change the bad one. Wengers/Bates Corp/Steel wheel ranch. These places will all have them I"m sure. Search and You will find, Mike
