I have an M and a SM and I am considering putting a stroker kit in one of them. Which would be the better choice to put it in? Anyone have any 'lessons learned' regarding a stroker kit in an M?

I'm interested in the do's and don'ts and any advice others may have before I get started.

thanks

-ben

A stroker kit would works well in either engine. My choice would be the Super M (and I'm the Tractor Guru).

the old M and W are all most a drop in.the edge of the oil pump need,s to be trimed and the cam turned down between the lob,s if you do the carb right and build a blue printed motor wit the good lp head you can expect around 90 hp,have 2 of them i built and there 4 years old on the pulling cicuit and no problems.
