Allan,

Due to some very busy times in my neck of the woods, I have only been on this site very rarely for the past couple of months. I have tried to search the archives for more information about your soon to be acquired farm, but have found very little. I see the one pic of the barn, and have a general idea of what is going down, but I think myself and some others who have been rooting for you catching your dream would like to know a little more. Feel free to tell me to pound sand....but just curious...and happy for you!

Hi Brian,

I was wondering where a lot of you regulars had run off to. :>(

I posted the whole dirty story down under the "Decisions" thread below in answer to Cmore.

Casey is right, I'm tryin' to figure out which way is up, not enough hours in the day and all of a sudden, I am machinery poor to the max.

But, the sweet part is that the naggin' 23-year-old depression has lifted and has now vaporized.

Thanks to all you guys! :>)

Allan

Hey Allen Im sure many of us find your situation interesting because weve been there to one degree or another. Ive never been as brave as you, but I have managed to loose smaller amounts quite consistently! I say go for it! Good luck, Lou

Hey Lou,

They 'taint a 'brave' thing about me. But, I do have a liberial dose of the "stupid" thing going on usually. :>)

However, one thing that I have learned in my old age is to listen to yourself and follow your own dreams, not someone else's.

Hey Norm,

Did you ever find yourself a F-11? I see there is a sweetie over in the photo ads. The feller is givin' it away, to my mind.

That's what I thought.

I had to give $500 for my fork alone and it was all beat up. That outfit is worth more than that; who cares if the feller built his own fork.

Sure looks like factory tines to me.
