350D Fuel Problem

Ok guys...here we go again. Gotta ask the experts.
With Rita coming I figured I better get everything inside I could last night. The 350D dad had would not start. It was in the middle of the drive thru in the barn and I wanted to move it over to make room.
I tried a shot of starting fluid...it hit and quit.
We pulled it around for awhile...nothing. I cracked the injector lines...nothing. It's got fuel in the tank...and slow trickle out of the line at the pump. I blew air in the line and the flow did not improve. I let fuel run for a minute and put it back on the pump. We pulled it again ...no fuel from the injector lines. I just put it back in the shed and walked away for now.
I plan to install new filters when I get the chance, but if it's the injector pump...is it worth fixing? Even if I can find one that is. The old tractor is in rough shape...but was running good until now. It has PS, quick hitch and IPTO. It has a freeman loader frame on it that worked good, but dad only had a hay spear on it...no bucket.
Back rubber is good, fronts are old.
I hate to put a gas motor on it since the diesels are rare...but I have several gas engines I can use.
Any thoughts on this old tractor?
Thanks in advance.

I'll ask the obvious first...did you open the fuel valve under the tank, push in fully the stop plunger on the dash, and move the throttle lever to somewhere around 1/2 to 2/3 full?

Are you following the proceedure in the manual for bleeding the fuel system? There are like 4 places you open in sequence and wait for fuel to flow at each one without bubbles. Also, before you start all this, I'd suggest pulling out the 1st stage filter and swishing it around in solvent. If when you pull it, it's covered with gunk, that alone could explain the original problem. The other 2 filters are cartridge types, but you may get by without having to replace them now but at your convenience check your friendly CNH dealer.

Yep...did all the normal stuff. I will get to the filters after Rita goes away.
