Today i went to start my tractor and it almost started up but i forgot to plug the choke level so it died. Then I went to start it again and it didn't even turn over. I checked the connections and they were good and it turned out that the fuse thats in the little electrical box had blown. I replaced it and it still didn't turn over. What do you think the problem is?

There are many things which could be wrong.
Try these:
Put it in high gear and rock it violently (as hard as you can with help is ok)with the ign off.
this breaks loose a jammed starter motor (common with Farmalls) it needs a new starter drive, but will work for a while.
Check all battery connection shiny and clean.
Battery condition (full charge, and good volts)
Cables should be #0 wire gauge. (this is way thick, but important.
Pull the starter out and (as you do) see if a moderate clicking noise is detected as the bolts get loose. If so tighten it in again and try it.
Needs drive as above.
If there is no action, turn on the lights and see if they dim way down when you try the starter motor for 3 seconds. if they do it is in need of a starter motor, shorted or dragging armature, if not it is an open starter, or disconnected wire, or non functional starter switch. I hope this helps,
JimN

Andrew - From your description it sounds like you've got an H or an M?

If so, the blown fuse in the ammeter box is unrelated to your starting problem. That fuse is for the headlights and nothing else.

Instead here's several possibilities for your no start problem:

1 - Bad cable connection(s). Keep in mind even when a cable and terminals looks good from the outside, the wire under the insulation can be badly corroded or broken.

2 - Worn out starter switch. Sometimes you can squeeze a little more life out of the switch by cleaning up the contact bar and the mating terminal buttons inside the switch and on the starter. But for $10 or so it's best just to replace it.

3 - Bad starter - worn out brush, broken winding or an internal conductor strap breaking loose under the power terminal. Time for the starter to visit your local alternator shop.

4 - Starter drive has jammed into the ring gear. (This happens a lot on old Farmalls). Loosen the starter mounting bolts several turns each, then pull the starter away from the engine. If you get a noticable clunk when you first move the starter, retighten the mounting bolts and try the starter again. If the starter now works again figure on replacing the starter drive pinion (and possibly also the flywheel ring gear..) to prevent it from jamming again.

Good luck!
