Put this on your calander under a MUST DOJune 17th is the date that the Power of the Past in having their Third Annual Tractor Ride from Ottawa, KS to Williamsburg, KS where we will particapte in their annual "Jayhawker Days" festival parade. The ride will form at the Franklin County Fair grounds in Ottawa, KS at 8:00 a.m. The entry fee is just $10.00 and includes breakfast and drink. Tractors travleing 10 mph or slower will leave at 9:00 a.m. and tractors tractors traveling 11 mph or faster will leave at 10:00 a.m. The ride will be about 18 miles long. This festival began in the 1940's and features Flee markets, Craft markets, Food venders, Helicopter rides, live music performaces, chain saw carving and much, much more. Everyone will lunch on their own. The slower tractors will leave on the return trip at 1:00 p.m. and the faster tractors will leave at 2:00 p.m. There will be two trams that will accomodate about 40 people who want ride.
