Anybody care to anser some questions about a 10-20 mccormick?
1. Why is the clutch pedal on the right?
2.Does it have a hand or foot break? All I have is a drum on the left side of trans case.
3.why is it yellow? I was thiken gray or red.
4. What are the little things on the valve cover? two flip up and two turn to the side.
Thanks Bill

Well now, your sittin on your old tractor plowing, Wheres the right fr.& rear wheel? pretty aukward to press the clutch on the left, when your sittin on the right.thats why a lot of times you only see the rear wheel extention on the left. And the HAND Brake is on the left also!

1. Maybe the engineer was left-handed? Why did John Deere put the hand-clutch on the right?
2. The brake was operated by lever on the left side.
3. Maybe the owner had a bunch of yellow paint he wanted to use up?
4. The flip-up lids are for oiling the valve lifters once a day. The screw-out caps are primer cups for starting.
