Well it's 1915 hours now and I just came in for supper. Got the right wheel moved out, got the left one to go tomorrow, got all the doors and window glass out of that morphadite Year Round cab and I think I'm gonna leave it like that like Howard's is. That thing will circulate air now. Got all the tin off and son-in-law is sanding on it, took the grill mesh out, pristene condition, no dents or dimples, took the floor pan up and adjusted the parking brake so it works, put in a new starter switch, and instead of purchasing a $1200.00 steering column off of a 56 series to cure the shifting problem I just took the shifter housing off, it's aluminum, and put it on the grinder till it will allow the High, Low, and Reverse shifter to move far enough to go completely into gear. Did some more minor adjusting and tightening and cleaning up and in the next couple of days I'll get at the paint on the old girl. Oh and just happened to find a stainless steel exhause pipe about 4 feet long and the right dimension that I got off ebay for a song and it's gonna look t1tts on there. And the diesel won't get hot enough to cook the color out of the stainless. I sure have missed working on these old tractors this last year. Wish diesel hadn't gotten so high I'd get back into it. Can't justify $3.00 fuel to go get these old girls and still make a buck. Sure has been a long day, but sure has been a fun one too. When I get it done I'll get some more pictures on the web for the "after shots" Talk at ya later, Harley
