I have a completly redone 1950 Farmall C with adjustable front axel (wide) It's not exactly original but looks as good as new. It has 3 Pt. hitch, and 12 volt conversion. It's equipped with a 6 ft. Continental belly mower, and I'll throw in a 5 ft snow blade. E-mail me direct or call 614 469-6717 and we'll discuss terms and delivery. I'll e-mail a picture when I hear from You.

Aaron: I disagree with the other posts. Buying an old Farmall is a like a crime of Passion! Seek out something that Looks Cool and GO FOR IT! The education can come later.

1. Don't rush to buy a tractor. Identify what you want, look at ads, go to auctions, take your time. If you rush, you're likely to get something that in a short period of time, you''l consider a mistake.

2. Hate to say this, but there are collectors I know who have pursued certain tractors they have wanted for DECADES! They have bought other tractors in the meantimes, but sometimes, the thrill of the chase is the best part.

3. The tractors you want are some of the most common tractors made. Relax a little, they'll come up for sale. The spring rush of auctions will be coming soon, and there will be plenty of tractors for sale in the farmers newspapers, regular newspapers, and auctions.

Aaron: My goodness Aaron, it can't be that hard to buy an old Farmall around Wadena-Fergus Falls area? There are tons of older tractors between there and the Twin Cities..... .You should also note that this Forum has a notice on the top that requests NO want ADS here. They perfer buying\selling in the classifed ADS and not here. Don't try to buy at too low of a price. Its amazing how extra MONEY will help..and good luck.. harvey

Aw heck cut him some slack he's young. Aint nuthin worse than having farmall fever. He's just needing to be nudged in the right direction. I looked and theres some farmalls on the classifieds here at YTMag.
Good luck young man and enjoy the time you're hunting a tractor. You'll be old and senile like the rest of us one day, I hope not as grouchy tho.---Burrhead

Burrhead: I live near Aarons home town. I know that there are tons of old Farmalls near there. Waynes post above also states that.. I think Guy Fays post says it best in that Aaron should slow down and relax in his looking. Guy Fay is a pertty sharp person in this old tractor business. If Guy Fay says slow down & relax, then thats pertty good advice. harvey

No sweat please excuse me I did'nt mean to offend here. Sometimes a young and impatient man don't want to hear theory or a long drawn out pshycology lesson he just wants what he wants in a hurry.
