Be careful when you put back together. Make sure the grease hose to the throw out bearing is in it's proper place and don't wind it up like I did the first time I started it up. Ended up taking it back apart to fix it. Yes they are a nice running machine. Mine is noisy when it moves in all gears even with new bearings. But I guess I would be too if I had sat in a shed since 1963.

bill, cowman is right on the carb. the clutch will come out without pulling the engine. there is a coupler from the output shaft to the transmission input shaft . whenyou remove the bolts this coupler comes out and gives enough room to take out the clutch with the shaft. i have had some that i slid the engine forward though just an inch to make it a little bit easier. what year is your 10-20? great little tractors. russ

Excpt for the fuel inlet strainer there are no gaskets in the carb. If fuel is running out it is because the float is bad or the float valve is leaking. Gordon Rice has the new parts.
