I don't want to start a fight but the size o the pulley means it was used for an application that needed higher belt speed. I just posted a picture of a 52 SM with a 15 inch paper pulley that is belted to a 1936 stover hammermill. The hammermill instructions have a chart for correct pulley size and it calls for a 15 inch. This tractor pulled this mill for years after it was bought new. The larger pulleys were also used for silage blowers. The picture is in tractor photos. By the way I had the pulley restord by paperpulleys in Nashville and the part numbers were correct.

My uncle had his old IH blower running so fast we were all afraid of it. Finaly did blow it up, almost killed his boy.

Hi, Your pulley is not off an H,M,W9 or any of the newer series of them. They had a 10, 11, and 13 inch diameter respectively. They mount with a 4 bolt patern, 3inch center hole and 4 !/4 inch accross the bolt holes. It could possibly be from a 15-30, 22-36 or W40, I don't know any of their specs. My other guess would be an implement of some kind, like a thresh machine, silage blower or any of a hundred and some others. Good Luck, Chuck

Hi Randy, Sorry I hate to give anyone wrong information, glad you are able to correct it. Going by what our tractors came with. Boy if you put that 19inch on an H you could really wind something up. Thanks, Chuck
